PIGEON BAY.
The annual meeting of parishioners j was held on Saturday, the acting-vicar! in the chair. Tho balance-sheet showed tho receipts to be £76 'Is 3d, as against £60 13s Gd for tho previous year, ! there being an increase in both offer-' tories and subscriptions. The expenditure was £73 18s 6d. The following were elected church officers for tho ensuing year:—"Wardens, Messrs S. P., , Burr, T. McHalo; vestry, Messrs G. i Reynish, A. Helps, l>. Hunt, H. C. i Sefton, W. Scott; auditor, Mr F. Salt. | A hearty vote of thanks was passed to the members of the other denominations for their liberal donations to the Church funds.
