REBELLIONS IN CHINA. MANCHURIAN VILLAGES BURNED. United Proas Aeeociition—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA, April' 27. Mail news received hero states thab Mongolian rebels, aroused it is believed by Russians, have burned twenty-six Chinese villages on the Mancburian frontier. Their leader was captured, but the Chinese were afterwards ambushed, one hundred of them being killed. There are also anti-dynastic rebellions in the provinces of Sbansi and Hunan. (Received April 28th, 11.20 p.m.) PEKIN, April 28. Rioters in Canton burned the Viceroy's residence. Some fatalities aro reported.
