(Rewired April 29th. 12.33 a.m.) SYDNEY, April 2t». Serious trouble is threatened in connection with the wharf labourers' dispute. The shipowners have decided to asl; the ivrinanent hands to load cement, and it they refuse, free labour will be employed. • The new arrangement comes into operation on Monday, and a general cessation of work on tho wharves is considered not improbable.
