DUTCH OCCUPY AN ISLAND
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received April 28th, 12.5 a.m.) WASHINGTON, April 27. It is reported from Manila that the Dutch have occupied .the island of Palmas, lowering the American flag. The United States does not intend to protest, considering the island w.lueless.
