Mails that left London on December 9th, via Brindiei, are due at Christchurch January 17th. as follows:—Letters at 8' a.m. via Auckland; newspapers at 5.30 p.m., via Bluff. Mails for London despatched December 2nd, via Brindisi, arrived London on morning 7th inst. Mails for Cromarty, Puysegur Point, and Te Oneroa close at Invercargill at 9 a.m. on January 12th. Mails from Fiji, per Panadi, close at Auckland to-day, at 10.45 a.m. Mails for Rarotonga and Tahiti, per Talune. close at Auckland January 17th, at 2.i5 p.m.
