It ia an ideal spot, ' sheltered from the prevailing Mind by - a magnificent belt of native bosh. Tho \ Taiihcrinikau river is within a stone's : throw. In front of the camp there i_» ' a natural parade giound, many acres r in extent, and flat as a billiard table. The sanitary and water supply system* are very up-to-date, and an acetylene - gas plant has been erected. All tb«_ , mess tents and the lecture rooms will £ be lighted by it. The men for th.. most - part are a very *mart-looldflg lot. J Many have thrown up good positions I and businesses to embrace a militiry c career. The food is plain, but whole- [ some, and all hands are satisfied with ' the catering.
