BILLIARDS.

GRAY v. DIGGLE. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, January 3. The match between Gray and Diggle has ended as follows: —Gray 8000 points, Diggle 3823. Gray showed nervousness on resuming play. He was excited by the demonstration when he broke Friday's record, and finally lost position with an unlucky six shot, scoring 1318, of which 1314 were off the rod, including 287 consecutive middle-pocket losinghauard shots. Gray afterwards made G95 and 209 in unfinished breaks. "The Times" says there is little doubt that Gray could give the best British player the choice of balls and then beat him easily. Riley and Co. Lave presented Gray with £50 on account of Friday's break.
