New South Wales (first innings 195) in their second innings made 361— Bardsloy, not out, 191 Collins 26, Cranney 26, Kellewav 65, Emery .21, being the chief scorers. Play was slow, each batsman playing carefully m an endeavour to keep up his wickets for Bardslev, who also battea cautiously, only attempting to "score off loose balls.
Wright, took six wickets for 100 runs
