MASONIC ADDRESSES.

(Received November 2nd, midnight.) CAPETOWN, November 2. Renter states that t-ho Duke and Duchess of Connaught had a heavy list of engagements to-day.

In the morning th© Duke receiveel addresses at tho City Hall from the Masonic brethren of the Constitutions of England. Ireland, Scotland, and tho Netherlands, also from the South African Grand Lodges.

Tho Duko of Connaught referred to tho common brotherhood of Freemasons of every nationality under all circumstances. It was most satisfactory to leant that the Lodges in South Africa wero prospering.
