CIVIL SITTINGS.

Tlio Civil sittings of the. Supremo Court were continued yesterday, before his Honour Mr Justice Sim. AUSTIN v. STORRIE. LTD. In the case of Austin v. Storrio, Ltd., heard before his Honour and a special .jury, in which Charles Henry Austin claimed £lf'-'i damage.-, in connection with an alleged broach of contract in installing a milking machine plant, Mr Dougall, who, with Mr Graham, appeared for plaintiff, intimated lie would accept a non-suit. Mr Keswick, with him Mr Payne, appeared for defendant. The fixing of costs was left to tho Registrar.

PROBATES.

His Honour granted probate in tho following estates-:—Geo. Er.sterbrook (Mr Brown), John Mickleburgh (Air Helmore). Francis Charles Smith, of River-ton Gully. James Dunn, of C.plcston. Westland. Archibald Henry, ot Rerfton, and William Smith, of tlokitika.
