As a result of the recent strike of rifle rango markers, tho Minister of Defence has issued a regulation that no member of the naval or military forces shall be required to do work or act in tho place of civilians, who have refused to work because of «-v dispute about wages, hours, or conditions of labour, until the matter has been re _ ferred to tho Minister, and his consent to do such work obtained.
