Market report for Aveek ending Friday, October 28th, 1910:— Wheat. —Beyond a feiv sales of prime milling Avheat no business has been reported, and the market seems in the same dormant condition. Velvet or Pearl prime. 3s sd, 3s Od, f.a.q., 3s 2d, 3s 3d; Tuscan, Hunter's prime, 3s ~M, 3s 3d, f.a.q., 3s; Avholo fowlwheat, 2s 7d, 2s Bd, Oats. —The continued dry weather has resulted in the firming of the oats market, quotes being Avell maintained although there has been no further actual rise in price. Stocks are extremely scarce. Gartons and Duns, Is 9d, ls'lOd; Danish, Is 7d, Is Bd. Oatsheaf Chaff-—Farmers are busy cutting up what stacks they have to spare. Prime quality sells readily at from £3 2s Od to £3 os per ton, but inferior light or discoloured is more difficult to sell at oos.
