SATURDAY'S MARKETS.
There was a entry oi pigs for Saturday's markets, but the quality was pcor, and, in consequence, met with but a slow demand. Suckers and wcaners brought from 4s (id to Bs, and stores from ?s 3d to 14s 6d.
There was again but a very poor snpply of poultry, and theso but a very ordmsiry lot; but the comretition was very keen. RcwsterSj which wctp in Sreat dfmand, i'etcbwl from 4s Od to 7s l<!. millets from 2s 6d to 6s 7d ; <hickons Is to Is 8d per pair, ducks from 4s (k\ to os 6d, nnd ducklinss from 3s 3d to 65 per ntlir. There v,t.s an entry of forty liorrcs, no sale in draughts. B;:rncss hors?s brouzht from £13 10s to £19 10s. and hacks from £0 to £10.
At DarPcld sale on Friday no sheep came to hand, tho on!y entries bcins two horses, four pigs, and n few sundries. There wasalso a very small att err.br.ee.
