A RICH REWARD. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, October 21. The management of the Midi Railway voted £20,000 to compensate the men who remained faithful during the strike. (Received October 23rd, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, October 22. The Lyons-Mediterranean Railway Company has allocated £100,000 by way of reward to those who -were faithful during the strike. A bomb explosion occurred on the balcony of a house in the Quai D'Orsay, and tho windows of the house were broken. A bomb has been discovered on the railway near Charleviile
