A I'ress Association message states that Inspection has been scratched for all engagements at the Auckland R.C.s Spring Meeting. After the payments which were due last night, twenty horses remain in the New Zealand Ctip, and thirty-two in tho Stewards' Handicap, while iho Ceneral entries for the Metropolitan Meeting, which opens on November sth, show a, very satisfactory total.
