THE HOME RULE QUESTION.
Mr O'Brien, speaking at Dunmanway, said that Mr Redmond and Mr O'Connor in America, at a moment's notice, had declared for devolution, which they had been denouncing for seven years. They had thrown over the Gladstonian scheme of Home Rnle for the sake of subscriptions from a few American millionaires and politicians. Mr Tim Healy said that_Mr Redmond and Mr O'Connor had dropped Home Rule for Ireland, and substituted Homo Rule all round, and as a result Ii eland must wait till the freshly hatched claims of Wales and Scotland had been attended to.
