Fat stock of all kinds sold 'well, and the demand was-'strong for these lines, as also lor young milch 'cows. Prices were:—Fat lambs 12s 9ct to 14s 2d, tat owes 9s to !.ts 9cl, fat wethers 13s I'd to 17s, forward lambs 10s 4d, forward owes 6s 9d to 8s 6d, ■lid ewes 2s 6d to is. Cattle —Fat heifers £6 10s to £9 los, fat cows £-t J2s Gd to £o 10s. hoifora in calf £'!{ 10s to £7 lSj cows and heifers »pringing £o 10s to £S osj, cows with calves £2 10s to £3. A few pigs sold well at late rates.
