SERIOUS POSITION IN ALBANIA

Three thousand Albanians seized the Katchanik Pass, and held up a train on the Uskub-Ferisovich railway, capturing supplies, and disarming some of tho soldiers. The train was then allowed to proceed to Prishtina, with the warning that thereafter no military convoys would bo permitted to pass. Thirty-four thousand Albanians have now risen.
