LONDON, April 20.
Lord Crewe, in the House of Lords, stated that the second reading of -he Finance Bill would be taken on the 28th inst. There would be a three weeks' recess before beginning the discussion of the veto resolutions, on the 24th of May, when the text of the Bill would be published. Lord Rosebery's resolutions might be discussed before the recess.
Lord Rosebery has announced **ho postponement of his resolutions to chi firot day after tho recess.
