(Before Mwswß. Ifatclnvell, J.P., and G. C. Smith, J. P.) Patrick Rice was convicted, on a charge of drunkenness'and discharged. Alfred Anderson and Daniel AleQucency -were charged with having behaved in a disorderly manner in Norwich quay on Tuesday night while drunk. Anderson "vras fined 10s and costs, in default forty-eight hours' -'mprisonment, and McQnecncy was fine<l 20a and costs, in default sevon days' imprisonment. David Wright, alias John Travers, who ivas charged with having, travelled )h tho Mararoa oetween "Wellington and Lyttelton without paying his fare, and with intent to avoid payment of '.he same, was fined £5, in default one month's'imprisonment.
