THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENTIONS.
United Press Association— By ElectricTelegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April 14. Speaking in the House of Lords, the Under-Secretary for War (Lord Lucas) said that the Government intended spending £106,000 during the coming year on airship construction and experiments. The matter of aeroplane construction would bo left to private experimenters. The Army and Navy, he added, would be likely to soon have three dirigibles and two non-rigid balloons.
