United Press Associ»tion-By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, January 30. The Brighton-London express, when travelling at 40 mike an hour, broke a coupling at Stoats, the next station to Croydon. The rear portion of the train rait some distance before it left the metals, then a carriage was flung across the platform and overturned. Seven people were killed, including a man who was standing on the platform, and twenty were injured.
