UNCHARTED ROCK DISCOVERED. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. HOBART, January 3. An uncharted rock has been discovered where the Papanui struck on December loth, while steaming up tho Tamar river. The rock is covered by -ten feet of water, and is four and a half miles off Waterhouso Island. It is remarkable that it has not been struck before, as it is in the direct route of vessels.
