The undermentioned are the prices paid to farmers, at country stations, free of commission, except where otherwise stated: — Wheat —Sound milling, 4s 4Jd to 4s 6d. sacks extra. Oats (nominal) —A Gartons la 8d to Is BJd> B Gartons Is 6d to Is 7d, Duns Is 6d to Is 7d, at country stations. Barley—Malting (nominal) 2s 9d to 3s 3d, feed Is 9di to 2s, at country stations. Flour—£lo 10s per ton. Bran —£3 ss, local £3 f.0.b., per ton. Pollard—£4 per ton. Oatmeal—£lo 10s per ton. Oatsheaf Chaff—Nominal, 35s to £2, at country stations. Peas—Partridge 3s 8d to 3s 9d, Blue Imperials 4s 6d, Blue Prussians 3s 9d to 4s. Dairy Produce—Cheeee, factory ojd, dairy 4Jd, loaf cheese s|d; butter, factory 12d, farmers' separator 9d, dairy 7*d; bacon, sides 72d, rolls 8d; hams, BJd; honey, extracted 4d per lb, war Is 2d per lb; lard (packets) 8d; fresh eggs lid per dozen.
