THE OTAGO TEAM.
(special to "the phess.") DUNEDIX, December 21. Austin is not likely to accompany the Otago team to Christchurch, and his (place will probably be taken by Hopkins. Otago will compete for the Plunket Shield, going as far as Auckland, if neceesary. The members of the junior representative team to play against Otago are reoi'ested to practise at Hagley Park at~the St. Albans nets. A match will bo played to-day, commencing at 2 p.m., on the United Cround, Hagley Park, between the Williamson Dramatic Company and a team of Hagley Park players. The Hagley Park team will be:— J. D. Lawrence, Eilis, Bain. Dennison, Turner, Lusk, Jennings, Meredith-Kaye, Miller, Tattersall and Matson. Afterneon tea will be provided.
