CHRIST'S COLLEGE, PAST v. PRESENT.
In the Christ's College Past and Present match the Present batted first and scored 201 (Murray 12, Godfrey 11, Jennings 50, London 12. Moore 15, Rutherford 69). Cooke, 4 for 46, was the best bowler. The Old Boys responded with 282 (Bruges 83, Chrystall 27, Cooke 38, Barrett 33, Vernou 23, Helraoro 15 not out, Rhodes 10). Bell, with 5 wickets for 35, bowled best. Present College went in again and scored 95 for 3 wickets (Jennings 28, Herman 27 not out, White 18, and "second elevens of Past and Present College played a match on the College cr-ound Past batted' first and scored li 3 (Davison 33, Chapman 12, Townend 49). Present replied with 228 (Harrison 17, Godfrey 24, Nancarrow 25 Bowden 36, McMaster 22 Boyes 15 Manning 12, Prins 15, Macfarlane 13).
