NEW ZEALAND LOAN AND MERCANTILE AGENCY COMPANY.

The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., have received cable advice from their London office that the annual meeting was held on December 9th, and passed off satisfactorily. A dividend of 5 per cent, was declared, and £55,000 added to the Reserve Fund, which now stands at £455,000.
