(rSXSS ASSOCIATION TKLBOKAK.)

DUNEDIN, December 10. The following resolution was carried at a meeting of the Otago Cricket Association : —"That this Association strongly approves of the pooling system in connection with the visit of the Australian team, but agrees to the suggestion of the Council, on condition that the Council bears at least an equal share of the expenses of the four principal matches, and in the event of the expenses of the tour, outside of tho expenses of the matches, being less than the £650 guaranteed, the balance be refunded pro rata to the Association." A suggestion was attached that os £75 was a sufficient guarantee for the Melbourne Cricket Club team's tour, the same amount should be sufficient in this case.
