The Ellesmere School Committee met on Tuesday evening. It ores decided to nolo- the school picnic at home, and to gather donations in order to give prizes and .provide toys for races. The ir.flster made an application for the holidays to be granted right on from Christmas, , n lieu of harvest holklavs. a _ he wished to spend Christmas with his relet,ves in Australia. The application was granted.
