At an inquest on the- body of Arnold Gil more, who died at the hospital .as the result of injuries sustained in a lift accident, the jury found -" that death was the result of injuries suffered through th» neglect of Edgar Barker, who, ac~. cording to the evidence, -was alleged; to have given the word to Gilmore that all wee safe as deceased started the cage. The Coroner said that ihia amounted to a verdict of manslaughter against Barker.
