MOVEMENT TO CURTAIL OUTPUT. United Press Association—By Elsctrio Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, December 2. The Circulating Libraries' Association has determined not to circulate scandalous, libellous, or immoral book 3, or those likely to prove offensive to any considerable section of subscribers. The action is the result of customers' complaints of the recent increass in the output of doubtful books. "The Times" Book Club and Smith's and Mudie'_ Libraries lead tho movement.
