Wednesdat, Decembib 1. afternoon" sitting. The Council met at 2.30 p.m. LOCAL BILLS. The following local Bills were put through their linal stages:—Wanganui Roman Catholic Ellesmero Domain Board Empowering, Borough of South Dunedin Empowering, and Wainiarie County. _ The Council adjourned until i.oO l>.m. EVENING SITTING. The Council resumed at 7.30 p.m. HOSPITAL AND CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS. The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Bill was read a second time on the voices. The Council rose at 0.5 a.m.
