The directors of the Golden Bay Cement Company to-dar opened and considered
tenders for the supply to them of a cement making plant, to be set up at Golden Bay, in the Nelson district. 'ftTien erected the plant will cost somewhere about £40.000. There were niae tenders received from German, Danish, English and American firms, but no decision was arrived at.
