CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER
FURTHER REMAND
Wm. Averill Humphreys was charged before Mr W. R. Hatsejden, vS,M., at the Police Court yesterday morning with, on October 13th, at Chrisichurch, by negligent and improper driving ot« motorrcar, having caused the death of Wm, Ostell Pavitt, thereby ooramitting the crime of manslaughter. Chief Detective Bishop proisecuted, and Mr Beswick defended. v Chief Detective Bishop applied for a reqiand till Friday, which was granted, ija-j yniß fixed at self in £400 and two sureties of £200 each or one of £400.
