The "Westminster Gazette" protests against a speech of Mr Alexander Ure, Lord Advocate, at Acton, in which he repeated his pensions accusation against the Unionists. The paper says that it is a pity that Mr Ure uses language which justifies Mr Balfour'e complaints. REPRESENTATION OF WORKINGMEN. (Received vOctober 25th, 10.20 p.m.) LONDON, October 25. The anti-Socialist Union of Great Britain is appealing to the public to subscribe a million shillings to extend the work of obtaining fair representation of working-men in Parliament.
