At the Amberloy Court, before Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M., for allowing n cow to trespass , on railway property, W. H. Rhodes was fined 55., without costs. In the case of Chattorton v. F. Busch, claim £1 5s for wages in lieu of notice, the defendant's evidence was taken down for hearing in Ohristchurch. In Railway Department (Mr Stringer) v. J. G. S. Tonkin, claim £8 ss, ludgment for nlaintiff was given by default, with costs £2 As 6d. In the case of Dr. P. P. Baldwin v. C. 11. Willis, claim £11 11s for professional services rendered, the defendant applied for an adjournment till August 11th, which was granted. In W. 11. Rhodes v. W. J. Courtenay, claim £1 Is, judgment was given for plaintiff by default, with costs ss.
