LTD. \ # MANCHESTER ST. \ jr___C43jjiL?lg \ THE EFFECT OF FAITHFUL WORKMANSHIP. Years jigo there wero just two Avays of buying a suit—either to go to a high-priced tailor, or get • a "slop" suit off the clothier's shaves, which usually fitted -where it touched. Men, as time went on, got too particular for the latter, but could not afford the former. Realising this demand for a better grade of suit, TRIBE and CO. introduced a new manufacturing system by which they made smart suits to measure from 455. These "took on" wonderfully from tho start end we are making more of them to-day than ever before. The reason is two-fold. FIRST, good materials and good workmanehip, and SECOND, our wide and original guarj antec to "Fit you or r<Auin your i money." Only good Colonial and English Tweeds are stocked, and customers consequently have the choice of a wide range* of the newest materials. We never have, and never will, stock cheap German or other shoddy goods, because.they will_not wear and always lose their shape in the first shower of rain. Any Suit will give satisfaction when first tried on by the tailor, but the testing time conies when you have given it a bit of knock-about wear, and perhaps got it wet once or twice. If it keeps its shape and looks well then—and ours will—it has been faithfully made. If it does not, you ought jto tell the man who "sold" you, what yon think of him and demand your money back. You have a right to it. It's yours, you have receired a spurious imitation —a make believe, a combination of shoddy material and 1 tho hot pressing iron. That's no good !to you. You want value for your money. The Suits we make are the valuegiving kind. At least, if repeat orders prove it. they are. Every suit is guaranteed to fit, has good Italian linings, is properly stayed and padded, and cut in any desired style, while our guarantee of a perfect fit or no money is the fairest protection you could possibly have. It will pay you to call and learn more about our System. TRIBE~& CO., 156 Colombo Street (opposite Congreve and Sons, Ironmongers.) c40<59
