The Peel River Estate directors state that in view of the economic and political situation in New South Walee the sum paid hy the Government for the company's property cannot advantageously be employed in th© company's business there. They therefore propose to return to the shareholders £2 for every £5 of stock held, and a bonus of £1 for every £5. These returns represent £360,000.
