(special to "the press.") AUCKLAND, April 29. Talismans have weakened a little, and sales to-day were at 47s 3d and 47s 6d, closing with sellers at 47s 9d and buyers 47s 6d. Wai his were done at £9 4s, late sellers at that nrioe, and buyers 6d less. Grand Junctions are selling well, and rose from 31s 6d to 33s 3d to-day, closing with sellers at 33s Cd, and buyers 33s 3d-.-
WELLINGTON, April 29. The most recent Stock Exchange sales are:—National Bank £5 7s, Wellington Meat Export Company's £5 share.* £6 6s 6d, Waihi Gold "Mining Company £9 2s_, Sharland and Co.. Ltd., £1 ]s, Talisman Consolidated £3 7s, Waihi Grand Junction £1 11s.

DUNEDIN, April 29. Stock Exchange sales:—Standard Insurance £1 Is, Rise and Shine £1 12s.
A sale of properties was held yesterday by Messrs H. Matson and Co. in the estates of A. E. and J. T. Gibbons, deceased. The first lot put up was a house of firo rooms in .Suffolk street, Linwood, witjh 38 perches of land. The lot was withdrawn at £260. A eection of 38 perches with a chain frontage in Suffolk street was passed in at £95. Lot 3 was a section of 16 perches with brick house or five rooms, No. 166 on Moorhouse avenue- and was passed in at £395. Lot 4, 16 porches and wooden house of five rooms, No. 168 Moorhouso avenue, was passed at £3507 A quarter-acre in Linwood with sevcu-rocmed house. No. 17 James siroot. let for £45 per annum, was withdrawn at £450.
