TOM MANN'S PYJAMAS.
Before the Albury Circuit Court adjonrned last Friday evening, Mr J. C. Gannon, who is appearing for Tom Mann in tho Broken Hill riot cases, intimated to his Honour Mr Justice Pring that the previous night the gaol authorities had taken away ; from his client his books, his spectacles, his notes, and ■ his •pyjamas j and he'asked that direction be given that Mann should have the use of each and all of these articles every night while the trial lasted. His Honour readily agreed, adding, "Of course, the accused should •have been allowed his pyjamas."
