MEETING OF CITIZENS TO-NIGHT.
Tho meeting of c:ti_c_fj convened under the auspices of the Navy League, to consider the naval situation and the offer of a Dreadnought by the Cabinet, will be held this evening, in the King Edward Barracks. Addresses will be delivered by Bi&bop Julius and Bishop Grimes, Ca_.*tain Marciel,. Messrs J. D. Hall, G. T. Booth, J. J. Dougall, and J. C. Adams. A motion will be proposed approving of the action taken by the Ministry in the matter.
