BRITISH EMIGRATION.
A NEW LEAGUE. United Press Association— Br Eleotrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received! March 15th, 11.35 p.m.) LONDON, March 15. The Central Emigration Board has formed a Settlers' Information League, under the presidency of Sir Thomas Sutherland, to encourage British emigrants to proceed to the colonies instead' of to foreign countries. Colonial members of the League will undertake to befriend immigrants upon arrival.
