GOVERNORSHIP FOR RAISULI. United Press Association —By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. MOROCCO, March 1. Raisuli, the notorious brigand, has been appointed Governor of a dozen tribes in North Morocco. It is understood he restores to the British Government £15,000, the amount of ransom paid for Kaid Maclean. Mulai Hafid will hand over £5000 which Raisuli presented to him.
