Tlie precaution is attributed to the concentration of Turkish troops near Mustafa Pacha, which threatens t'he strategical position of Tirnovo, which is the key to Southern Bulgaria.
PRO-SERVIAN RIOTS AT PRAGUE
VIENNA, January 25
Disturbances wero caused by Czechs and Germans at Prague. Gendarmes charged tho mob with bayonets, and panic ensued. Several people were trampled to death. Later on the mob stoned tho gendarmes amid shouts of "Long live Servial"
