TO THfe EDITOR" OF "THE PRESS." Sir,—-The electors of tho Belfast aud Papanui districts are justly indignant at being tacked on to tho Kaiapoi electorate. What interest havo wo in Kaiapoi, Amberloy, Rangiora, or East Oxford. Wo fool that the Government has treated us in a very cavalier fashion, and as an elector in this district I ask all my fellow electors who feel as I do to show their indignation at this compulsory separation -by-, giving a block vote to the Opposition candidate, Mr Moore.—Yours, "etc., GEORGE MORRIS.
