LYTTELTON ROWING CLUB'S ANNUAL AIEETING.

The annual meeting of tho Lyttelton Rowing Club was held on Friday night, Air G. A. Lewin presiding over an attendance of about twenty members. Tho balance-sheet, which was adopted, showed a credit balance at tho bank of £11, liabilities £150, and a balance of assets over liabilities of about £300. The following officers wero elected:— President, Air C. Cook; vice-presidents, Alessrs G. Laurenson, ALP., C. E. Brown, G, Ryan, W. Harkcss and Dr. Guthrie; captain, Air W. K. Smith; vice-captain," Air J. Gollavin; hon. secretary, Air E. Gillard; hon. treasurer, Air A. Smith: committee, Alessrs T. Gillard, B. Whitham, A. Alorriss, T. Gallavin and G. Thomas; delegates to Rowing Association, Alessrs W. J_. Smith and A. Smith; delegate to Sports Protection Association, Mr A. Smith: Selection Committee, Air W. Harkiss, the captain and vice-captain.
