The Sultan invited all the diplomats to attend FridayV Selamlik, and in thanking them for their congratulations reiterated iris intention of maintaining tho integrity of the Constitution. Constantinople has now resumed its normal aspect. Fifty-four Bulgarian, sixteen Greek, three Servian, and thirty-two Moslem bands, comprising 700 members, have surrendered and return to their homes, trusting to the now Constitution.
