J There is nothing fresli to report in the grain market, no businees being reported in either wheat or oats. There is a renewed enquiry from Sydney for oatsheaf chaff, probably owing to the recent bad weather there Potatoes aro firmer in price in consequence of the difficulty in obtaining deliveries. The undermentioned are the prices j paid to farmers, at ccantry stations, j free of commission, except where otherwise stated:— Wheat—Nominal. ' Oat.'y—Nominal. Cowgrass —9d to 10a, best grade 10id. Peas—Partridges 3s 6d to 3s 9d; Prussian Blues, os 6d, at country stations. Flour—£lo 10s per ton. Bran—£6 5s local, £6 f.o.b. per ton. Pollard—£7 per ton. Oatmeal—€l4. Oatsheaf Chuff—£4, at country stations. Potatoes—£3 17s 6d to £4 for Dorwents and Cp-to-Dates, and early varieties seed £3 03 to £3 7s 6d. at country stations.
