SUSPENDED PLAYERS.
(SPECIAL TO "THE PBESS.") DUNEDIN, July 14. A meeting of the Invercargill footballers who have been suspended was _ held last night. The Pirates deairo & rehearing, and failing that they will seriously consider Northern Unionism. The Britannias also held a meeting, and at present favour the Northern Union game. Deputations will meet the Union on Friday night, and there is a possibility of the question* be: g re-opened.
