SYDNEY, July 14
William Stanley Forbes, Sydney manager of the Scottish Union and National Insurance Company, has been arrested on a charge of stealing a valuable security.
Forbes recently purchaeed a schooner, which was found provisioned ready to proceed on a cruise of the South Seas. A deficiency of about £1000 was discovered in his books.
